Note: Candidates must have 3 years of directly relevant commercial real estate development or construction finance experience including hands-on exposure to development or construction budgets project cash flows and financial modeling. Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Job Description

• Build and maintain project-level financial models supporting development construction financing and investment decisions.
• Prepare sources and uses project cash flow forecasts draw schedules financing analyses and return models.
• Manage financial oversight of development budgets from acquisition through project completion.
• Track actual project costs against budget investigate variances and forecast total costs at completion.
• Prepare project-level and consolidated cash flow forecasts annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Support contractor draw packages lender funding requests construction loan activity and capital deployment schedules.
• Perform sensitivity analysis around construction costs financing assumptions schedules leasing assumptions and operating performance.
• Monitor capital expenditures liquidity loan proceeds and project funding requirements.
• Prepare clear monthly reporting and financial analysis for leadership.
• Evaluate development decisions scope changes project performance and capital allocation opportunities.
• Partner closely with Development Construction Accounting Finance and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant commercial real estate development construction finance development FP&A infrastructure finance or project finance experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting the financial side of real estate development or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of development budgets construction costs project cash flows capital expenditures and financing.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with sources and uses draw schedules forecasting variance analysis or construction lending strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Real Estate Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
