Senior Financial Analyst E-Commerce WholesaleRetail

Our client is a $500M revenue company with a diverse business across retail e-commerce wholesale and licensing. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team and play a key role in forecasting budgeting reporting and financial analysis.

• Own and review monthly sales and margin forecasts across multiple business divisions and channels.

• Analyze actual results vs. forecast and budget identifying trends and explaining key variances.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and projections for senior management.

• Partner with division leaders to review financial performance and develop future forecasts.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and assist with Board-level presentations.

• Analyze inventory planning forecasting and reserves.

• Review chargebacks and supporting documentation prior to write-offs.

• Support internal and external financial audits.

• Work on special projects and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

• 3 years of financial analysis experience.

• Experience in e-commerce wholesale retail or a similar environment preferred.

• Strong experience with forecasting budgeting financial reporting and variance analysis.

• Understanding of inventory costing sales analysis journal entries and general ledger activity.

• Experience with an ERP system; SAP is a plus.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A curious hands-on approach with the ability to identify problems find solutions and work collaboratively with business leaders.
