SUMMARY
The Technical Product Manager is entrusted with spearheading the development and success of theorganizations technical products. This pivotal role demands a strategic visionary who can adeptly
navigate the intersection of technology market needs and business objectives. Collaborating closelywith stakeholders and engineering teams the Technical Product Manager defines and communicates
the technical product vision orchestrates the product roadmap and ensures seamless execution ofengineering initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and communicate the technical product vision strategy and roadmap for coreenterprise SaaS platform components ensuring alignment with the organizations overallengineering goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders including customers engineering teams and other cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and feedback.
Prioritize technical features and requirements based on engineering feasibility marketneeds customer feedback and business objectives.
Develop and maintain technical product documentation including architecture diagramstechnical specifications and API documentation.
Work closely with engineering teams to oversee technical product development ensuringalignment with the technical roadmap and desired outcomes.
Monitor technical product performance analyze market trends and identify opportunitiesfor product enhancements and new technical product development.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop technical product positioningmessaging and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field. A masters degreeor MBA is preferred.
7 years of experience in technical product management or a related field buildingconfigurable enterprise solutions preferably at a B2B SaaS or Life Sciences company
Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development methodologiesand processes including Agile and Lean.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholdersacross an organization.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of developing and launching successful technical products in a fast-paced competitive market.


PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential impact on technical productdevelopment.
Understanding of data analytics and its application to technical product management.
Understanding of software validation processes regulatory requirements and compliancein the life sciences industry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
Occasional lifting or moving of computer equipment or other objects up to 25 pounds maybe required.
Standard office environment with potential for remote work.
