As a Senior Analyst on Kraft Heinzs Economic Insights & Analytics team you will sit at the intersection of macroeconomics consumer data and company strategy informing decisions that reach the Global and NA CFOs Business Unit leaders and the C-Suite. This team shapes how one of the worlds largest food & beverage companies understands its business and your fingerprints will be on that work from day one.

• Own the single source of truth - lead weekly US consumption market share and monthly business reporting routines delivering sharp insights across Business Units to senior leadership.
• Become the go-to expert on consumption and panel data Power BI dashboards and Circana guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to faster better decisions.
• Step into high-visibility high-impact work with Kraft Heinzs most senior leaders tackling timely ad hoc strategic questions uncovering insights on industry and competitive dynamics and helping inform the decisions that shape where the business goes next.
• Drive the Economic Outlook a flagship publication reaching 1000 internal stakeholders packed with macroeconomic trends industry intelligence and custom insights.
• Support macroeconomic forecasting across 30 categories in Kraft Heinzs $170B industry building assumptions running models and presenting findings to US Leadership ahead of key planning cycles.
• Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to refine macroeconomic models and ensure forecast assumptions align with business expectations.
• Monitor and synthesize Food & Beverage macroeconomic consumer and geopolitical trends translating them into actionable narratives for the organizations most influential decision-makers.
• Champion AI-powered efficiency leverage tools like Claude and Copilot to automate reporting accelerate insight development and continuously raise the bar.

• 3 years of experience in Finance Business Analytics Data Analytics Economics Insights or CPG bachelors degree required (quantitative field a plus)
• A natural data storyteller able to mine complex datasets identify the signal in the noise and communicate findings with clarity and confidence to senior audiences
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; a compelling presenter who makes data come alive
• Comfortable with big data sets ambiguity and energized by fast-paced high-stakes environments
• Genuinely curious about macroeconomic trends geopolitical shifts F&B industry trends and their effects on consumer behavior and business performance
• Solutions-oriented with exceptional attention to detail strong time management and a drive to make an outsized impact. Background in CPG Consulting Finance Economics Banking or Market Research
• Experience with Circana/IRI Federal Reserve or BLS data; hands-on statistical modeling or macroeconomic forecasting
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude Copilot) to enhance and automate analytical workflows

New Hire Base Salary Range:

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
