Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Senior Field Service Technicians to support a technical AI training project. Youll apply your field expertise to analyze equipment faults interpret technical diagrams and provide accurate troubleshooting insights. AI experience is not required.
Scope of Work
- Interpret electrical schematics hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
- Diagnose equipment faults across industrial HVAC elevator heavy equipment marine rail utility and telecom systems.
- Analyze PLC logic and industrial controls to identify root causes.
- Document troubleshooting methods findings and corrective actions.
- Review relevant US codes including NFPA 70/79 ASME A17.1 and OSHA requirements.
- Explain technical concepts and diagnostic reasoning clearly.
- Provide practical insights on maintenance service and repair strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in relevant technical fields.
- Advanced ability to read electrical hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70/79 ASME A17.1 and OSHA requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating technical service reports or instructions is a plus.
