Provide services and support as a Senior Engineering Technical Support Specialist III ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Engineering and Technical Support Specialist (ETSS) Solutions and Services aligned with the Engineering and Technical Support Specialist (ETSS) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector. 

This role focusses on Human Capital Project Management Engineering Environmental Compliance Risk Management IT Effectiveness Business Process Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion LLC (SRMC) SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program under DOE prime contractDEM000068 Generally Located In Aiken South Carolina and across the Southeast South Atlantic CONUS Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide Engineering and Technical Support Specialist (ETSS) Services and Solutions as a ProSidian Engagement Team Member working in a capacity that Supports engineering support activities through planning analysis coordination documentation compliance quality assurance and stakeholder support..  Translate advanced technical expertise into reliable programs and solutions for complex facility and operational challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Engineering Technical Support Specialist III Engineering and Technical Support Specialist (ETSS) L00367

Safety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training obey safety rules and make safety an integral part of each task. Take necessary steps to stop work if continuing the activity is unsafe or will create and unsafe condition.

•  Performs Engineering activities independently based on practical experience. Typically responsible for a complex and broad scope of Engineering responsibilities.
•  Plans develops implements and budgets for various technical functions in support of the pre- conceptual design construction and start-up of process and testing facilities.
•  Develops Engineering specifications and designs for process operations calibration material and test equipment installed or portable process instrumentation or functional area systems.
•  Plans and implements process and design changes for new and existing processes systems and equipment. Maintains inventory of fixed and portable testing equipment.
•  Evaluates and analyzes equipment instruments and procedures needed to upgrade operations programs.
•  Develops performance indicators for review by senior management of Project ed program and equipment changes.
•  Oversees installation of new equipment major equipment modifications and various other major equipment issues which support processes calibration measuring or site operations.
•  Conducts technical reviews of proposed operations calibration or measuring equipment modifications.
•  Develops operating procedures and training programs to train less qualified technicians on various types of equipment and instruments.
•  Serves on various committees regarding standardization of equipment instrumentation processes and training in support of organization and DOE operations programs.
•  Provides technical support to operations and maintenance technicians and other personnel as requested. Acts as advisor to less qualified technical support specialists to meet schedules and or resolve technical issues.

• Bachelors degree in an Engineering or technical discipline and 5 years related operations operations support maintenance or Engineering experience OR;
•  Bachelors degree in a non-technical discipline and 6 year related operations operations

•  Bachelors degree in a non-technical discipline and 6 year related operations operations sup

•  Additional specialized knowledge required varies with the particular technical assignment

Provides skill-based technical support to company operations to resolve technical issues related to individuals direct technical experience and expertise. Specific support provided will differ according to assignment but will generally include directing planning developing implementing and administering technical operations/maintenance-related programs. These functions will typically be in direct support of a specific facility (or facilities) location or Engineering functional area.
