Job Description:
- Support and continuously improve the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including engineering manufacturing logistics and customers to resolve quality issues implement corrective actions and drive ongoing quality improvements
- Partner with manufacturing teams to address in-house quality concerns review nonconforming products and recommend appropriate dispositions
- Investigate and resolve customer-facing quality issues using root cause analysis tools (e.g. 8D 5 Whys); prepare and facilitate both customer and internal corrective actions
- Assess product impact in the event of calibration or test equipment failures
- Provide comprehensive metrics and technical reports to management on internal quality performance; track and report significant nonconformances and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver regular training sessions for inspection and manufacturing staff on quality topics fostering a culture of quality ownership at every level
- Maintain effective communication and collaborative working relationships across departments and the organization; uphold professional competence and knowledge to ensure high-quality performance of all assigned duties
- Apply engineering expertise adaptability and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or equivalent; experience in the electronic device industry is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience with NCR MRB and RMA processes
- Proficient in the use of statistical concepts and tools (e.g. SPC MSA Minitab)
- Preferred experience with military and industry standards including MIL-STD-750 MIL-STD-883 MIL-PRF-19500 MIL-PRF-38534 ISO9001 AS9100 AS9102 IPC J-STD-001
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for preparing detailed metrics technical reports and presentations
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001
- Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills

The annual base salary range for this position which could be performed in the US is $70304 - $205000.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location skills and experience.
