Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Embryologist to oversee daily laboratory operations and perform advanced embryology procedures in a fast-paced fertility practice. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality laboratory standards supporting patient care and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of results.
Responsibilities
- Perform egg retrievals embryo transfers fertilization assessments and embryo grading.
- Conduct ICSI embryo and egg freezing/thawing and PGD biopsy with DNA preparation.
- Perform daily laboratory setup and quality control activities.
- Complete andrology functions endocrine testing and phlebotomy as needed.
- Follow laboratory procedures for specimen collection processing testing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Biological Medical Technology Clinical Laboratory Science Reproductive Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in embryology andrology medical technology and phlebotomy.
- Minimum 4 years of laboratory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related scientific field.
- 5 years of experience in embryology andrology and endocrinology testing.
