As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Rutherford

• Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Rutherford is a 75-place centre.
• Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Rutheford is located close to Rutherford Public School.
• Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Year Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each childs needs interests and strengths.

Youll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
