Senior EAMGIS Developer-GIS ANALYST

Expertise in Esri ArcGIS: Advanced proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x ArcGIS Pro 3.x and related extensions with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining geospatial datasets maps layers apps and dashboards.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of GPS technology ETL (Extract Transform Load) tools model builder and other geospatial software tools essential for GIS data management and analysis.

Platform Management: Experience in administering ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise organizations managing users content roles and implementing security protocols.

Best Practices and Workflows: Ability to create enhance and document best practices and workflows for the ArcGIS platform ensuring efficient and effective utilization across projects.

Collaboration and Solution Development: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements identify solutions and define testing strategies for GIS applications and integrations.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for GIS solutions participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high quality and reliability.

Railroad Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the railroad industry is advantageous though not required to understand specific operational needs and constraints.

Independence and Project Management: Ability to work independently manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within deadlines while adhering to project priorities and goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts collaborate with stakeholders and document processes and outcomes.
