Functional Solution Architect (SCM) on projects while implementing various modules of Microsoft D365 SCM Key Responsibilities include: As a D365 SCM Functional Solution Architect you can expect to Act as Functional Solution Architect (SCM) on projects while implementing various modules of Microsoft D365 for Supply Chain Mgmt Participate in pre-sales initiatives such as assessments discovery sessions proof of concept as needed Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Business Process Reengineering (BPE) workshops Create finalize and sign-off on functional specifications unit and system test scripts and deployment plans Own the functional aspects of projects and lead a team of functional consultants; Review work products created by functional team members Hands-on system knowledge in manufacturing advanced warehousing costing supply chain management processes in D365 FSCM to guide the consultants Lead conference room pilots and user acceptance testing sessions; Ensure a formal process is in place for issue resolution specifically around the functional architecture and integration points of the implementation Collaborate with PM to create functional backlog in DevOps sprint and iteration planning. Act as escalation point for all functional design issues during a project Adhere to and improve implementation methodology as the business paradigm changes; Establish implementation and training best practices for F&O team and actively train on/disseminate information Research whats changing in the D365 space; Work with PMO to make recommendations on how we can adapt our implementations. Travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate Sound interesting If so youll have Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field MS D365 SCM Certified highly desired 10 years of experience architecting complex solutions in supply chain using D365 FO Project experience including assessment and analysis designing business cases envisioning planning and deployment of D365 solutions Ability to translate requirements created by the business and functional analysts into the architecture for the solution Ability to integrate with overall client test plan Hands-on experience with multi-phase multi-country enterprise-wide implementations and experience on projects with integration to multiple third party solutions Proven record of delivering information systems business value at an executive level Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table Working knowledge of ISV solutions Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the roll up the sleeves level of performing all phases of an application delivery project Strong working knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum-based implementations Confidence presenting to internal and external groups Microsoft D365 Solution Architect certifications Flexibility to travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate Youre great at Articulating architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platform Providing leadership and effectiveness in consulting and client management Forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across large matrix organizations Solving complex problems with creative solutions Mentoring and guiding junior consultants on best practices/approaches Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly
