Senior Dispatch Supervisor

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead daily ready mix dispatch operations to ensure safe efficient and on-time product deliveries.
• Optimize fleet and driver scheduling to maximize service levels and operational performance.
• Monitor transportation and dispatch metrics identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations sales and customer service teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach develop and support dispatch team members while promoting a culture of safety accountability and teamwork.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a dynamic transportation logistics or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching routing fleet coordination and customer service practices.
• Proven capability to analyze operational data solve problems and make sound business decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with transportation dispatch and business management systems.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with regular interaction with drivers operations personnel and customers.
• Fast-paced environment requiring effective prioritization and responsiveness to changing business needs.
• Frequent use of computers dispatch software and communication systems.
• May require occasional travel and flexibility in work schedules to support State of Georgia operational requirements.
