Job Purpose

The Senior Director Global Pricing COE serves as the enterprise leader responsible for advancing the companys global pricing capability pricing strategy governance analytics maturity and pricing operating model. This role establishes pricing as a strategic enterprise capability that drives growth profitability and commercial effectiveness globally.

How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)

• Define enterprise pricing philosophy governance and strategic direction
• Build and lead the Global Pricing Center of Excellence
• Establish global pricing frameworks methodologies and operating models
• Drive pricing transformation and modernization initiatives globally
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic commercial decisions
• Lead pricing analytics pricing technology and AI-enabled pricing initiatives
• Establish enterprise pricing KPIs and governance standards
• Build organizational capability leadership pipeline and pricing talent strategy
• Drive global alignment while balancing regional business needs
• Sponsor enterprise margin improvement and value-based pricing initiatives

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Engineering Mathematics or related field
• 15 years of pricing strategy commercial excellence or analytics leadership experience
• Significant enterprise and global leadership experience
• Proven success leading pricing transformation and enterprise capability development
• Strong executive leadership and strategic influence capabilities
• Deep commercial financial and pricing strategy expertise
• Experience leading global teams and complex organizational change
• Advanced understanding of pricing technology analytics and governance
• MBA strongly preferred
