You will be responsible for identifying evaluating and negotiating acquisitions partnerships alliances joint ventures and start-ups in current and new business. You will also manage the assessment and valuation of new business opportunities and lead a team of managers.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Lead all aspects of transaction execution including project management due diligenceand valuation negotiation documentation. You will work closely with business teams internalfunctional experts (e.g. legal accounting tax etc.) and outside advisors to supportexecution.
• Shape M&A strategy and opportunity identification. You will collaborate across the company tohelp assess and prioritize M&A transactions that best align with corporate strategy andgrowth addition you will draw conclusions from various sources to make recommendations thatcontribute to the success of our inorganic growth initiatives.
• Support post-acquisition integration by ensuring that cross-functional teams are executingon their respective M&A integration plans.
• Create deliver and present high-quality presentation materials and recommendations tosenior leaders and decision makers.
• Build a high-performing Corporate Development team. You will also recruit and develop talent drive ourtalent agenda and develop and guide a team of managers.

What you will bring

• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Significant experience in an investment bank private equity venture capital or corporate development group. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines. The ability to effectively plan prioritize execute and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks.
• BUSINESS ACUMEN: Consumer industry experience preferred.
• LEADERSHIP SKILLS: Effective in leading influencing motivating and achieving goals through formal and informal channels. Flexibility to manage projects across time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles. Comfortable performing in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing internal and external resources.
• GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET: Willingness to challenge assumptions and the status quo to help establish best practices and leading M&A capabilities as a team.
• INTEGRITY: Integrity and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values policies and external regulations

The base salary range for this position is $174100 to $287265; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
