As a Senior Director for Content youll lead the editorial and content team within the SEO organization. LendingTree operates at scale with a growing library comprised of thousands of editorial and programmatic pieces of content within a highly regulated environment. Were constantly striving to produce the highest quality content that helps consumers make the best possible decisions in an industry where it matters most peoples finances.

• Prioritize high-impact content initiatives that drive growth supported by clear performance metrics and reporting.

• Execute rigorous A/B testing to uncover what drives visibility and engagement across traditional search and emerging AI platforms.

• Own and evolve LendingTrees unified company-wide content strategy to align priorities strengthen consistency and maximize impact.

• Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to develop and deliver the content needed to compete and win.

Who Youll Work With

Youll lead a talented team of editors writers and operations team members within the SEO editorial team and work alongside a dynamic team of SEO analysts product managers analytics and PR team members.

This is a highly collaborative role where youll have the opportunity to work with other marketing channels partner with analytics on research work with product and technology on capabilities needed to win and a variety of other internal partners.

The Details

Base Pay: $180000-$215000 annually

The base pay offered may vary based on internal factors job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
