Team Credo is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our mission to transform connectivity at scale. This role will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor technologies through innovative design development and testing. This position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration in a high-tech environment ideal for professionals passionate about microelectronics and integrated systems.
Base salary range is $90000 - $140000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education experience training skills qualifications and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related technical field with five years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of middle-end and back-end ASIC implementation flows including synthesis timing closure physical design power integrity analysis and signoff methodologies.
- Experience with SOC Design Integration and front-end Implementation on advanced TSMC process technologies.
- Strong scripting and automation expertise in Tcl Python or Perl.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related technical field with three years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with front-end Synthesis tools such as Fusion Compiler.
- Experience working on advanced TSMC process technologies such as N5 and N3.
- Hands-on experience with EM/IR analysis and closure methodologies.
