Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
Location: McLean VA (Remote)
Summary:
Our Data Engineering team is dedicated to integrating our client data and applications with client infrastructure. We achieve this by migrating Client data into existing repositories leveraging our internal tooling and expertise.
Job Description:
- The Senior Data Engineer will act as a technical expert contributing to complex tasks and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex ETL workflows and optimize pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to define technical solutions and maintain reusable code libraries.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting debugging and ensure data quality through validation mechanisms.
- Mentor Data Engineers by providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Contribute to sprint planning and provide accurate effort estimates for tasks.
Required Qualification:
- Degree in Software engineering/Data Engineering.
- Design complex ETL workflows AWS Python SQL Data Engineering.
