• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active Bar Membership

Work Experience Mandatory:-

• Minimum 10 years legal experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating legal agreements
• Experience supporting financial transactions
• Corporate governance and compliance experience
• Securities law experience
• Regulatory compliance experience

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:-

• LLM (Corporate Securities Banking Tax or Finance)
• Banking Compliance Certification
• Corporate Governance Certification

Work Experience Nice To Have:-

• Banking regulatory experience
• Financial institution transactions
• Debt restructuring
• Bankruptcy matters
• Government legal support

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Lead day-to-day execution of legal support activities
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation
• Provide compliance support and legal analysis
• Review securities purchase agreements and debt instruments
• Support Treasury asset management initiatives
• Respond to oversight inquiries
• Coordinate legal reviews across practice areas
• Supervise associates and paralegal staff
