Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects and support onsite project teams. This role will oversee planning scheduling budgeting logistics cost quality safety subcontractors and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning scheduling budgeting and execution.
- Coordinate with field teams subcontractors suppliers clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project logistics material flow equipment allocation and site coordination.
- Oversee expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality safety and compliance.
- Track project costs schedules quality and overall performance.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Resolve issues affecting cost quality or schedule.
- Maintain regular client and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare project reports and progress updates.
- Coordinate labor and materials to meet project timelines.
- Mentor and support project staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety union project and regulatory requirements.
- Support projects from planning through completion.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience with a general contractor or similar construction firm.
- Strong end-to-end project management experience including:
- Planning
- Scheduling
- Budgeting
- Cost Management
- Risk Management
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong communication leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must live within a commutable distance of Rochester MN or be willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Construction expediting experience.
- Experience with construction inspections quality safety specifications and codes.
- Strong logistics management experience.
- Wall and ceiling or related construction trade experience preferred.
- Experience with construction project management software and Microsoft Office/common productivity tools.

Compensation: $125000.00 - $150000.00 per year
