Qualifications

10 years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor (Required)
Proven success managing residential and commercial remodels builds and additions
Strong budgeting and cost-control experience
Proficiency in Procore Microsoft Project Excel and Word
In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods materials and codes
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Relevant certifications or industry credentials are a plus
