Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven General Contractor experience managing multi-site Big Box Retail rollouts. The role oversees multiple projects budgets schedules procurement subcontractors client relationships and MEP coordination.
Requirements:
- 5 years of project management experience
- Must have GC-side Big Box Retail multi-site rollout experience
- Strong commercial construction and MEP knowledge
- Experience managing budgets schedules change orders and project financials
- Strong subcontractor vendor and client management
- Experience working with local municipalities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- BS in Construction Management Operations Business or related field preferred
- PMP and OSHA 30 preferred
