Work Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

On-site presence required Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Monday and Wednesday are remote however you must be willing to work on-site on these days pending business needs.

Description
  • Serves as an internal consultant for compensation programs and related business needs
  • Designs implements and maintains compensation programs to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices
  • Responsible for executing high-level project-work and engaging in complex analytics pertaining to employee compensation
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Develops and maintains databases dashboards and custom reports/queries
  • Builds relationships with internal customers and client groups and liaises with Human Resources business partners (HR BP) to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service

Compensation Program Design & Management

  1. Design implement and maintain equitable and competitive compensation programs
  2. Provide input and support for annual salary administration processes including salary structure development and incentive plan design
  3. Review and recommend updates to compensation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Conduct complex compensation-related data analysis and modeling
  2. Build and maintain compensation databases dashboards and custom reports/queries
  3. Support compensation audits and develop process documentation

Consultation & Internal Education

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on compensation-related matters
  2. Educate managers directors and leaders on compensation programs and the organizations compensation philosophy
  3. Determine appropriate salary quotes for job changes and provide guidance to junior analysts

Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Service

  1. Partner with HR Business Partners and internal clients to assess compensation needs and deliver effective solutions
  2. Actively engage stakeholders to evaluate rebuild and refine compensation processes for improved outcomes
  3. Provide high-quality and consistent service in all compensation-related matters

Training Mentoring & Support

  1. Deliver compensation-related training and orientation sessions to business partners and supervisors
  2. Coach and mentor junior compensation analysts
  3. Contribute to training material development for compensation processes and tools

Compliance & Governance

  1. Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and relevant external regulations
  2. Handle complex compensation issues independently and escalate only the most advanced matters to compensation leadership

Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required

Work Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four (4) to six (6) years of progressive Human Resources experience required preferably in healthcare
  • Three (3) years of compensation or finance related experience required
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills required
  • Prior to any offer extended an excel proficiency test will be required
  • A bachelors degree in human resources business administration health education or related field
  • Certification: CCP strongly suggested
