This is a team of software/systems/network engineers directly responsible for both customer facing (external) and internal traffic globally.

Ensure the highest level of up-time and quality of service to Apples customers through operational maintain and improve global production traffic infrastructure. nOwnership of reliability issues using a wide variety of tools. nIdentify areas to improve service resiliency through techniques such as chaos engineering performance / load testing and game days.

Experience with load balancing (Nginx Envoy and Envoy Gateway) proxies (Squid) and edge deployments.n6 years cloud engineeringnFamiliarity with Networking Security Logging and Application MonitoringnMaintaining customer commitmentsnNavigating the complexities of the business and service reliabilitynExcellent verbal and written communications skillsnAbility to coach u0026 mentor other ICsnBachelors Degree in computer science related field or 10 years of equivalent work experience is highly desirable.

Developing in Go Python or similar programming languages.
