As a Senior Client Solutions Consultant youll follow an established process to:

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies
  

• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
  

• Listen to individual goals challenges and aspirations to assess alignment
  

• Introduce relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process
  

• Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  

• Independently manage your schedule activities and results
  

• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.
  

This is an independent self-employed performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply including a required ongoing tool subscription.
