Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager (Temporary Role)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position. This role involves independently managing a select book of commercial clients ensuring client satisfaction and providing strategic planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service leadership and technical expertise.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $75000 annually
- Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate exposures obtain quotes and finalize negotiations with carriers.
- Analyze client risks and provide tailored recommendations.
- Determine appropriate markets within the Core Carrier Strategy.
- Develop solutions and prepare for strategy meetings with Client Advisors.
- Create and submit complete carrier submissions.
- Review binding documents for accuracy and ensure timely notifications to carriers.
- Conduct contract reviews and maintain accurate account details in EPIC.
- Process renewals endorsements cancellations and proofs of insurance.
- Organize and manage documentation in EPIC ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system tools.
- Collaborate with team members by creating and assigning activities in EPIC.
- Handle tasks such as ordering loss runs generating proofs and reviewing endorsements and audits.
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
