Job Description:

The client is seeking a senior-level communications professional to serve as the communications quarterback across a large-scale commercial transformation owning both strategy and hands-on execution across 20-25 active workstreams.

Job Summary

Build and manage a comprehensive communications plan spanning 20-25 transformation workstreams ensuring messaging is consistent and non-conflicting across all teams and audiences.
Meet regularly with workstream leaders to understand scope of change identify impacted audiences and develop targeted audience-specific messaging for Sales Sales Ops Customer Service and leadership.
Develop both the overarching communications strategy and the hands-on deliverables ranging from executive-level decks to frontline team updates.
Present communications recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership incorporating feedback and adjusting approach as needed.
Partner cross-functionally with project teams senior stakeholders and executive leaders to align messaging and bring teams along through significant organizational change.
Track and measure communication effectiveness employee understanding and adoption using data to identify gaps and refine the approach.
Operate as a highly independent self-starter creating structure and a clear communications roadmap in an ambiguous fast-moving environment.

Minimum Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in change communications organizational change management (OCM) or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience supporting a large B2B sales or commercial organization through transformation including communications tied to sales operations enablement or commercial model changes.
Proven ability to build and execute communications plans across complex multi-workstream transformation programs with minimal oversight.
Strong executive presence with the ability to advise influence and present to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
Exceptional hands-on writing editing and messaging skills with the ability to translate complex change into clear audience-appropriate communications.
Experience establishing feedback loops and measuring communication effectiveness and employee adoption.
Experience working in a consultative or embedded contractor capacity including building relationships and delivering results quickly within a new organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPG industry background or experience in a related distribution or wholesale trade environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Smartsheet SharePoint and/or ServiceNow.
Background supporting communications around compensation plan changes quota-setting or sales performance metrics.
