Senior Business Analyst Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid for a contract to hire opportunity with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn OH.

This role serves as a strategic partner between the Real Estate Capital business and Technology teams delivering and supporting technology solutions for the Commercial Real Estate lending business. The IT Senior Business Analyst will influence cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and application capabilities focusing on platforms like Moodys CreditLens to support the full CRE loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Elicit analyze document and manage functional and non-functional requirements for complex enterprise initiatives
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories process flows business rules and technical requirements
• Analyze impacts across multiple applications integrations and downstream consumers
• Ensure requirements align with strategic business objectives and technology roadmaps
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency controls user experience and automation
• Collaborate with architects developers product owners and business SMEs to design effective solutions
• Support enhancements and modernization initiatives involving Moodys CreditLens and supporting applications
• Develop data mapping and source-to-target requirements for integrations across internal and third-party platforms
• Develop and support testing strategies for complex technology initiatives
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities with business stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing requirements for complex systems involving multiple business stakeholders
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation analysis and documentation
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience creating process models workflow diagrams use cases and business requirements documents
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence decisions and drive consensus across business and technology teams

Desired skills:

• Commercial lending or Commercial Real Estate lending experience
• Experience with Moodys CreditLens or other commercial credit platforms
• Knowledge of CRE origination underwriting approval and portfolio management processes
• Experience with data mapping system integrations and enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with JIRA Confluence and process modeling tools
• Understanding of banking regulatory risk and compliance requirements
• Experience working with cloud-based and SaaS lending platforms

Pay range: $70.00 per hour
