Role: Senior Business Analyst with Insurance / Retirement / Wealth Management domain expertise.
Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)
Rate: $60-$65/hr on C2C. and $50/hr on w2
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Insurance / Retirement / Wealth Management domain expertise to support a large-scale digital estate assessment and rebranding initiative.
The ideal candidate will combine deep business domain knowledge with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to assess digital assets customer and advisor journeys applications content ecosystems and business processes while translating findings into actionable transformation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops with business digital marketing operations and technology stakeholders.
- Assess applications websites advisor portals marketing platforms and customer experiences for rebranding and transformation impacts.
- Identify business-critical capabilities regulatory considerations customer impacts and operational dependencies.
- Analyze customer advisor and employee journeys to support continuity and experience improvements.
- Support platform rationalization investment case development prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Document requirements risks assumptions dependencies and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- 8 years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong Insurance Retirement Wealth Management or Financial Services domain expertise
- Experience in digital transformation M&A integration or rebranding programs
- Expertise in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Strong process mapping impact assessment and requirements management skills
- Ability to create executive-ready presentations and business recommendations
