Join the business operations team at a scaling AI recruiting SaaS company. You will turn business data into clear insights build reliable reporting and help teams make informed decisions as the company grows.

• Build and maintain financial models dashboards and reporting systems to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Analyze and manipulate data with SQL or Python to identify trends and communicate useful findings.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives keeping teams aligned on goals timelines and progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency then help put practical changes in place.
• Use advanced spreadsheet skills to organize data test assumptions and support day-to-day business decisions.

• At least 3 years of experience in business operations strategy or analytics.
• Experience building financial models dashboards or reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau Looker or Power BI.
• A track record of managing cross-functional projects and using advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience improving processes or operational efficiency ideally in a fast-paced startup or scaling company.

Compensation is $100000 to $130000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
