Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Backend Spring Boot Microservices Developer / Lead to design build modernize and operate enterprise-grade backend platforms. The role combines deep Java and Spring Boot engineering expertise with technical leadership across microservices REST APIs event-driven integration cloud-native deployment security observability and production reliability. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions guide engineering teams and own delivery from architecture through production support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
10 years of software engineering experience including substantial hands-on development of enterprise Java applications.
5 years of experience designing and delivering Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Core Java Java 821 object-oriented design collections exception handling multithreading concurrency JVM behavior and performance Eligible to workimization.
Advanced experience with Spring Boot Spring Core Spring MVC Spring Security Spring Data JPA Hibernate JDBC and dependency injection.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture domain-driven decomposition distributed-system patterns API gateways resilience idempotency caching retries and fault tolerance.
