WisdomAI is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (4 years) to join its founding engineering team. You will touch every part of the codebase and product working closely with engineers product the co-founders and customers in a high-agency environment.

• Build and scale large data pipelines for latency-critical analytical workloads.
• Work across the whole codebase and product rather than a single silo.
• Define the product and engineering roadmap with the co-founders product and customers.
• Design cost-efficient secure and highly scalable systems on modern cloud infrastructure.
• Help shape the engineering culture and tech stack.

• 4 years as a backend engineer
• Large-scale data pipelines or latency-sensitive systems
• Strong Python (Rust a plus)
• Cloud infrastructure design experience

• Analytics BI or query-engine experience
• Early-stage startup experience
