Senior Automation Karate Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Karate Engineer with strong expertise in API Automation Testing Karate Framework Selenium TestNG and CI/CD integration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications and APIs. The role requires strong experience in functional and regression testing automation framework architecture and integration of automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.

• Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using:
  • Karate
  • Selenium WebDriver
  • TestNG
• Build scalable and reusable automation solutions for enterprise applications and APIs.

• Develop and execute:
  • API automation test scripts
  • Functional testing
  • Regression testing
• Validate application functionality reliability and performance across multiple environments.

• Create:
  • Test cases
  • Test scenarios
  • Automation scripts
  • Test reports
• Execute automated and manual testing activities as required.

• Develop and maintain:
  • Keyword-driven frameworks
  • Data-driven frameworks
• Ensure automation frameworks are:
  • Scalable
  • Maintainable
  • Easy to use

• Integrate automation scripts with:
  • Jenkins
  • Sauce Labs
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Support automated nightly batch execution and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with:
  • Developers
  • QA teams
  • Business stakeholders
• Participate in:
  • Sprint planning
  • Agile ceremonies
  • Test planning sessions

• Create and maintain:
  • Test data assets
  • Validation datasets
• Support SIT/UAT activities and production validation.

• Ensure compliance with:
  • SDLC/STLC processes
  • QA standards and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in automation and testing.

• Karate Framework
