Role Overview

As the Senior Associate Fund Finance & Operations youll oversee the accounting reporting and operational activities of assigned investment funds and related entities. Youll serve as the primary liaison with third-party fund administrators ensuring accurate timely fund accounting investor reporting and operational execution that supports informed decision-making and a positive investor experience.

Manage Fund Administration & Stakeholder Partnerships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned third-party fund administrators.
• Coordinate recurring accounting reporting and investor deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Partner with internal teams fund administrators auditors and tax advisors to resolve accounting reporting and operational matters.
• Maintain deep knowledge of assigned fund structures investor relationships and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects that enhance fund operations and reporting processes.

Review Fund Accounting & Reporting

• Review capital call notices distribution notices investor allocations and other administrator-prepared deliverables.
• Review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting schedules prepared by fund administrators.
• Validate capital activity management fees partnership allocations and waterfall calculations.
• Research analyze and resolve accounting and reporting discrepancies.
• Support quarter-end year-end audit and tax reporting processes.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting that provides investors and stakeholders with clear visibility into fund performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of fund accounting experience including partnership accounting investor reporting and fund operations.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting capital transactions waterfalls and investor allocations.
• Experience working with fund administrators auditors and tax advisors.
• Proven ability to review financial statements investor reporting and fund activity.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity accountability and attention to detail.
