Job Summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Associate Client Executive for our Account Management team based out of our St. Louis office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Manage and expand a large complex book of business across industries by developing and executing targeted account plans and growth strategies.
Direct and implement sales and marketing approaches for managed accounts and priority growth areas identifying new buyer hubs and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Provide technical advice and tailored recommendations by leveraging product expertise and collaborating with internal specialists to produce competitive proposals.
Develop monitor and drive project plans for sales and account initiatives coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely high-quality delivery.
Serve as an escalation point for client issues preserve senior-level relationships and represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
What you need to have:
Proven track record managing and growing complex high-priority client portfolios.
Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and services with experience preparing client proposals and negotiating coverage/pricing.
Excellent relationship-building communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
Commitment to upholding business legal and compliance standards while protecting the firms interests.
