Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a detail-oriented analytical associate to join our team and support business intelligence financial analysis and data-driven decision-making initiatives. As part of a dynamic matrixed organization this role will provide hands-on experience with business and financial reporting forecasting dashboard development process automation and executive-level insights using analytics tools.

Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data models using Power BI SSRS SQL and Excel.

• Build and support SharePoint sites Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to improve collaboration and streamline processes.

• Analyze business financial and operational data to support forecasting budgeting variance analysis and performance tracking.

• Prepare reports comparing budgets forecasts and actual results including explanations for key variances.

• Support cost allocation EACs EV metrics CPI tracking and manpower forecasting.

• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements deliver insights and support decision-making.

• Provide end-user support and recommend process and technology improvements

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing aMasters degreeinComputer Science Information Technology Accounting Finance or related fieldor have completed their Masters degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
