With an exciting range of upcoming projects my clients portfolio includes a strong presence within the Residential sector working on Student Living Care Homes and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• Lead the production and coordination of detailed technical drawings specifications and construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD
• Oversee the technical delivery of projects mentoring junior team members while collaborating closely with architects consultants and engineers to develop practical design solutions
• Manage site visits surveys and construction inspections ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent Building Regulations and quality standards
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients contractors and consultants resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completion

Qualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• Extensive proficiency in Revit with the ability to lead BIM coordination across projects
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations construction detailing and technical standards
• Excellent technical design problem-solving and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience delivering Residential projects with the ability to manage multiple schemes and support junior team members
