• Design build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps Power Pages and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 Azure services and external systems.
• Implement role-based security and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilities.

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and security protocols.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Proficiency in SQL Queries.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Experience in government public sector or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Azure services and DevOps practices.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect.
