| Job Description | Provide production support and operational maintenance for the DWC Automated Integrated Claims System (AICS) and associated interfaces. Investigate application incidents defects and production issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Perform coding testing and deployment of software modifications required to resolve production problems and support business operations. Maintain and troubleshoot legacy AS400/IBM i applications developed using 2E. Coordinate development activities with ITSD-DOLIR development staff and participate in code reviews testing and implementation activities. Utilize the State of Missouri ticketing system to manage assigned work update issue status document resolutions and track effort associated with problem resolution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation issue reports and knowledge transfer materials. Support modernization initiatives by assisting with data extraction interface analysis system knowledge transfer and transition activities. Participate in testing validation and production implementation activities. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | MANDATORY Governmnet Experience : 1. 5 years of experience with senior-level development 2. 5 years of experience with 2E development 3. 3 years of experience interfacing with content management solution Filebound. 4. 4 years of experience maintaining a Workers Compensation system comparable to Missouris system. PREFFERED : 5. Experience with Missouris Workers Compensation system preferred. | ||||||||
