What Youll Do
Design implement and evaluate novel machine learning and deep learning algorithms witha specific focus on autonomy trajectory prediction and perception.
Iterate on predictive and decision-making model development starting from the data neededfor training architecture input/output representations evaluation and deployment.
Collaborate with other research engineers to prototype and validate complex solutions fromacademic literature related to agent behavior and environmental understanding.
Conduct experiments to benchmark new techniques and evaluate model behavior indynamic or simulated environments.
Develop tools and frameworks to support scalable and reproducible research.
Communicate research findings to leadership in a concise and convincing manner.
Stay current with the latest developments in Autonomy and Generative AI to identify relevantinnovations.
Assist in transitioning research prototypes into production-ready systems.
Minimum Education Requirement: Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence Computer ScienceComputer or Electrical Engineering Computational Sciences Machine Learning Robotics orInformatics.
Special Requirements: Must be highly skilled with AI and ML frameworks such as Pytorch orTensorflow. Must have skills with debugging and determining requirements for AI models in terms ofdata training and evaluation. Must have understanding of Transformer architectures attention
mechanisms multi-modal foundation models diffusion policies fine-tuning model distillation andmixture of experts.
