Senior Affiliate Manager
Were looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of high-impact client portfolios and scale performance through smart strategy strong relationships and hands-on execution. Youll lead affiliate programs end-to-end setting direction optimizing performance and mentoring a team to deliver measurable results.
What Youll Do
- Own affiliate strategy: Build and evolve tailored plans aligned to client goals KPIs and growth targets
- Lead execution: Run day-to-day program operations campaigns and optimizations
- Deliver results: Analyze performance forecast outcomes and continuously improve ROI
- Grow partnerships: Recruit activate and negotiate with top-tier affiliates to unlock new revenue
- Advise clients: Present insights influence decisions and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- Strengthen programs: Drive acquisition and retention initiatives across the affiliate channel
- Ensure excellence: Oversee reporting budgets compliance and promotional execution
- Lead meetings: Run client reviews and strategy sessions to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Solve problems: Act as escalation point for client partner and program issues
Leadership
- Manage and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators
- Conduct performance check-ins coaching and development planning
- Foster a high-performing accountable team environment
What You Bring
- Proven success managing affiliate or performance marketing programs
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Skilled communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Track record of building and expanding partner ecosystems
- Leadership experience with a passion for developing talent
