The Fund Administration team provides outsourced accounting solutions to investment fund clients delivering accuracy insight and exceptional service. As part of this dynamic group youll play a key role in supporting client operations and driving financial excellence.

Position Details:
- Title: Senior Accounting Associate - Fund Administration
- Classification: Full-time; Exempt
- Department: CAAS Fund Administration
- Location: Dallas OR Fort Worth
- Office Expectations/Hours: Fully in-office position; general work schedule is Monday Friday 8 hours/day between 8am to 5pm with overtime as needed.
What You Will Do
- Manage client fund accounting functions including tracking and recording cash transactions
- Prepare and maintain support schedules and roll-forward reports
- Draft and review fund financial statements and investor reporting packages
- Assist with various accounting tasks that ensure compliance and efficiency
What You Need to Get Here
- Bachelors degree in accounting required; Masters degree is preferred
- CPA eligibility/license preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with financial statement preparation required; Fund Accounting and Administration experience preferred
- Proficiency with Excel required; Sage Intacct QuickBooks and Juniper Square experience preferred
