Senior Accountant

KRS CPAs LLC is a growing CPA firm located in Paramus NJ seeking a Senior Accountant to assist with various client services including tax preparation tax planning financial statement preparation compilations & reviews audits & consulting. The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree with 5 years of CPA firm experience.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of partnership corporate fiduciary and individual tax returns
• Assist with client Audit Review and Compilation engagements
• Supervise and review bookkeeping staff and engagements
• Assist clients with general accounting and tax projects/inquiries
• Participate in training and development for staff level accountants

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Accounting
• MBA/Masters in Tax/Accounting a plus
• CPA License (or pursuing) a plus - provides opportunity for management career path
• 3 years of CPA firm experience
• Strong computer skills; proficient in ProSystem fx Tax QuickBooks & Engagement Manager(a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Excel (including v-lookup pivot tables etc.)
