Senior Accountant

Salary: $120k - $125k plus bonus for a total comp of $132k - $137k

Overview

Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare consolidation entries.

Reconcile data and consolidated reports

Provide accounting assistance with integration for M&A activities

Ensure proper accounting methods of complex accounting issues through research.

Implement new accounting standards and reporting requirements.

Involvement in Purchase Accounting as it relates to M&A activities

Assist with SOX 404 compliance and control improvements.

Partner with external auditors.

Participate in special projects

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting.

CPA a plus

3 - 6 years of public accounting or financial reporting experience

10k 10Q SEC and GAAP experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
