Job Summary
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- 5 years of experience in accounting bookkeeping or public accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong understanding of financial statements journal entries and account reconciliations
- Familiarity with payroll processes and payroll-related accounting entries
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and clients while meeting strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Adobe Acrobat and paperless systems.
