We are engaging Semiconductor Devices & Microelectronics Experts to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on advancing semiconductor technologies and microelectronics this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Analyze and provide insights on semiconductor device physics operational principles and recent advances.
2. Evaluate and discuss microfabrication techniques including process integration and yield optimization.
3. Contribute technical assessments on device scaling performance modeling and reliability methodologies.
4. Review and critique materials used in electronic and semiconducting device fabrication.
5. Create detailed written explanations and verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI model training purposes.
6. Deliver structured feedback on project data to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
7. Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other domain experts within the platform.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Electrical Engineering Materials Science Physics or a related discipline.
2. Extensive experience in semiconductor device design fabrication processes and microelectronics engineering.
3. Proven understanding of semiconductor physics device modeling and reliability testing.
4. Hands-on exposure to modern microfabrication and process integration techniques.
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex topics.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on articulating technical concepts clearly.
7. Prior experience contributing to technical publications patents or collaborative R&D projects is a plus.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the experts experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.

Start Timeline & Availability

We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for experts ready to jump in right away. If selected we expect you to start your first tasks within 2448 hours of completing onboarding.
