Self-Schedule RN Westmoreland Manor

Westmoreland Manor is looking for motivated energetic individuals to join our team as Registered Nurses! As an employee with us you will be part of a large dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a County-owned facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task!

Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1000 in a 12-month period or 32 in one week.

Self-Scheduling employees will be given a schedule during orientation. After orientation employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval. This position provides the opportunity for successful candidates to have a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate!

Self Scheduling RN Nurse/ RN:

First Shift:$42.42/hr.

2nd 3rd & Weekends:$47.47/hr.

No vacation personal or sick time will be accrued. No retirement plan offered. Self-Scheduling employees will not be eligible for shift differential meal allowance holiday pay or health insurance. Other guidelines including but not limited to attendance rules to apply and are subject to change; guidelines must be acknowledged at hire and adhered to or program eligibility will cease.

Qualified Applicants must possess:

High school graduate or equivalency

Physical ability to do heavy lifting

Must possess and maintain a valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)

Prior nursing experience in long term care required
