Location:Miami-Dade
Pay:$20$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:5 PM1 AM or 1 AM9 AM; one weekend off
We are seeking an experiencedSecurity Operation Supervisorto oversee field operations throughout Miami-Dade. Reporting to the Director of Operations this hands-on role focuses on staff supervision site compliance training logistics and client support.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Supervise train coach and discipline security personnel as needed.
- Deliver equipment and troubleshoot CCTV radios tablets and other security technology.
- Provide emergency coverage and operational support when needed.
- Review timesheets activity logs and incident reports for accuracy.
- Submit detailed shift reports to management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents.
- Florida Class D Security License (Required)
- Valid Florida Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Minimum3 years of security supervisory/leadership experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
- Technical aptitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility for on-call support as needed
