What Youll Do

  • Oversees daily workflows schedules and assignments for Chapa-De security staff and vendors

  • Monitors staff performance sets development goals and provides feedback to direct team members

  • Responds swiftly to incidents including deescalating conflicts and ensuring safety procedures are being followed

What Youll Bring
  • Five years of related security experience

  • Two years of supervisory experience

  • Current Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
