Security Ready Reserve Officer

• appropriately to alarms emergencies incidents and unusual events.
• Identify document and escalate security concerns in accordance with established procedures.

Training and Development

• Train and certify security personnel on site procedures policies and operational responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to security officers.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new personnel when assigned.

Documentation and Reporting

• Complete detailed incident reports activity logs and operational documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors leadership and security personnel regarding operational concerns and incidents.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience required.
• Ability to work any shift including days nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor Control Room Operator Security Responder Screening Officer or Lead Officer.
• Experience with access control systems CCTV monitoring visitor management systems and security screening procedures.
• Experience in corporate critical infrastructure industrial technology or high-security environments.
• Training coaching or mentoring experience.
• CPR AED and First Aid certifications preferred.

Technical Skills

Candidates must be comfortable using technology and be proficient with:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Teams
• Windows Operating Systems
• Electronic reporting and incident management systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to conduct patrols and respond quickly to incidents.
• Ability to maintain focus and situational awareness throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing walking or sitting depending on assignment.
