As a Security Officer Visitor Services in Boston MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location you will welcome visitors manage access procedures respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors patients and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures visitor management policies and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors verifying identification and authorization issuing visitor credentials and maintaining accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points cameras alarms and communication systems; report unusual activity access concerns and facility issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Provide clear directions support and professional communication to visitors and staff while helping to maintain an orderly reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
